This handbook is a good reference about all information concerning the different programs and services offered by the Janice Capilouto Center for the Deaf—Easter Seals (JCCD).
By becoming familiar with the contents of this handbook, you will better understand the different services and opportunities offered by JCCD. Included, also, are the rules and policies, which clearly state the JCCD commitment to you, your responsibilities and your expected conduct while involved in these programs.
